Born and raised in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, I taught art in Maryland and Alaska. I walk every morning, love specialty baking, and cannot resist the collaboration between painter and painting. My work is painted with archival grade watercolor on rag paper.
I hold an M.Ed. in Art Education from Penn State University at University Park and an M.F.A. in Painting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I am honored that my work has received numerous awards in national exhibitions.
